English breakfast tea for a hearty brew
(or tea of choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a kettle with cold water and bring to a rolling boil. Warm the teapot with a little boiling water for 2 or 3 minutes, then tip the water away.

Spoon in 1 teaspoon of loose tea or 1 tea bag for each person, plus an extra teaspoon of loose tea or teabag "for the pot" (Not always necessary for a weaker cup of tea.)

Pour boiling water over the tea in the teapot. Leave the tea to "steep" (let steep) for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring it once to see the leaves infuse properly.

Enjoy!

(Don't forget to add some milk or cream)
