2 lbs ground beef
1 lb sausage
1 large yellow onion, diced
4 t garlic, minced
dash of hot sauce
2 cans red kidney beans,
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 C brown sugar
3-4 cans hunts diced tomatoes - chili ready or basil for 2 of them
1 can stewed tomatoes - flavored if you would like
1 C favorite salsa
worchestershire sauce

Spice Mix:
2 T chili powder
2 T itialian seasoning
2 t salt
1 t pepper
1 t lemon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slowly brown meat, onion, and garlic. Drain grease and put in chili pot.
Turn up heat and coat with spice mix and brown for 2 minutes. Add diced and stewed tomatoes and salsa. Turn down and simmer for 2 hours stirring occasionally. Strain and add beans and add 1 c brown sugar. Turn up heat to medium-high and cook for 20 minutes. Add Worcestershire, more sugar, and hot sauce to taste.
