2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
Heaping T. flour
Shake of salt
5 beaten eggs
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 pt. half and half
1 c. Carnation milk
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 cups of milk. Mix 2 c. sugar with heaping T. of flour and shake of salt. Mix into heated milk. Stir until rapid boil.
Turn off burner and let sit. (Make a day before so cold.)
To this mixture, add 5 beaten eggs, 1/2 pt. whipping cream, 1 pt. half and half, 1 c. Carnation milk. Add 1 T. vanilla. Use this concoction in ice cream machine.
