6 eggs, well beaten
1 - 1 1/2 grated colby cheese
sliced jalapenos to suit

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Grease 7 X 11 glass pan. Place jalapeno slices on bottom. Sprinkle cheese over peppers. Pour eggs over cheese. Bake for 30 min. avoid getting it too brown. Cut in squares and serve.
