1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon water
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
2 cups pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300°. Place the sugar, salt, milk, water, egg white and pecans in a zip top bag and shake to coat. Spread the pecans on a foil-lined cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes. With a spatula, turn and stir the pecans to toast the other side. Bake 15 more minutes. Store in an airtight container.
