Cooked Chicken pieces
6 Tbsp Butter
6 Tbsp Flour
2 Cups Sour Cream
4 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
4 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese
2 cans diced Green Chillies (optional)
Cooked Rice
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place cooked chicken pieces in bottom of 9 x 13 backing dish. Melt butter in a skillet. Add flour and blend well. Add sour cream and stir until bubbly. Add soup and chilies. Heat through. Pour over chicken. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve over rice.
