1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. hot water
1/2 cup moist peanut butter
1 1/4 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream shortening. Gradually beat in sugars and cream together. Add eggs, hot water, and peanut butter. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to moist ingredients. Mix well. Fill cookie press and press out cookies onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
