Steak sliced thin while frozen.
Marinade:
1/2 c. sugar
soy sauce
1 clove of garlic
dash of Accent


1 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
garlic powder
2 onions
2 green peppers
6 or 7 stalks celery
1 can mushrooms
1 can waterchestnuts, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice first. Add a beef bouillon cube to each cup of water to cook rice. It gives it a better flavor.

Marinate meat for at least 30 minutes. Fry in 2 T oil. Add water, soy sauce, garlic powder, onions, green peppers, celery, mushrooms, and waterchestnuts. Cook about 10 or 15 minutes (stirring occasionally) and thicken with cornstarch. Serve on bed of rice.
