1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 large onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 heaping cup cottage cheese
1 t. salt
1 (8 oz) pkg cornbread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º
Mix all ingredients except cornbread mix. After you mix well, fold in cornbread mix.
Pour batter into a 9x13 greased baking dish. Bake for 25 min. Do not overbake.
