1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cream
1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. molasses
2 squares chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix both kinds of sugar, molasses and cream.
Add the butter which must have been melted.
Bring to a boil and boil for 2 or 3 minutes stirring rapidly.
Add the chocolate, grated or scraped.
Boil for 5 min, stirring rapidly at first and then more slowly.
Remove from the fire and add flavoring.
Stir until it thickens and pour into buttered tins to cool.
