1 C dry bread crumbs
1 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 oz. package ranch dressing mix
1/2 C milk
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine the bread crumbs, Monterey Jack cheese and ranch dressing mix in a large bowl; set aside. Pour milk into another bowl, then dip the chicken breasts into the milk. Gently press the chicken into the bread crumb mixture. Arrange the chicken in a 9 x 13" baking dish. Bake the chicken breasts until no longer pink in the centre and the juices run clear, about 40-45 minutes.
