Ingredients: 12 oz. rainbow spiral pasta 1 cup fresh broccoli 2 small cans sliced black olives, or 1 can whole. 1 cup grape tomatoes 8 oz. block mozzarella cheese 1/2 of 12 oz. jar quartered & marinated artichike hearts 1 bottle creamy Italian dressing, or make your own by mixing up the dry Italian dressing mix per directions on package and add 1/4 c mayonnaise

Directions:Boil pasta until slightly Al Dente, you want the pasta to hold it shape. Drain and rinse in cold water. Chop broccoli into small bite size pieces. Slice the grape tomatoes in half. Cut up mozzarella cheese into small bite size cubes. Slice black olives if using whole ones. Cut artichoke hearts in bite size chunks. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and add enough dressing to just coat everything. |

Notes: You can also add sliced green olives if you like. Be careful not to add too much dressing. It will soak into the pasta. You should not be able to see the dressing.
