3 large perfectly squishy avocados
1 medium size tomato

Your favorite tortilla or pita chips

Directions:
In large bowl, mash peeled and pitted avocados. Fold in diced tomato and onion. Mix in salsa and corn. Spritz with lemon juice to prevent avocados from browning and for flavor. Last, add salt to taste. Serve with chips.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We love to eat our fresh guacamole on taco nights. The corn was Ethan's addition and his favorite ingredient.
