2 C Butter 1 ¾ C Milk Choc Chips
2 C Sugar 1 C Almonds, Coarse Ground
1/3 C Water
2 Tbsp Karo lite syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Jelly Roll pan with parchment paper
Melt butter, add sugar, Karo and water; stir until sugar dissolves
Using a candy thermometer, cook over medium heat stirring frequently to 290 degrees
Remove from heat and immediately pour into prepared jelly roll pan; smooth with offset spatula
Allow to set for 5 minutes, cover with chocolate chips, spread then sprinkle with almonds.
Allow to set until chocolate is firm then break apart.
