Crockpot Porkchops with Applesauce Recipe

4 porkchops (boneless)
3-4 apples (peeled, sliced and cored)
1/4 white sugar
1/4 brown sugar
1/2 water or apple juice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water or apple juice into bottom of crockpot. Layer pork chops and apple slices. Sprinkle top with sugars cinnamon.

Cook 4-6 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Stir during last 30 minutes of cooking. Apples should be mushy. Once meat is done cooking remove meat from crockpot, stir remaining mixture to form apple sauce. If too runny or apples not soft enough move mixture to a sauce pan and bring to a boil.

Serve pork chop over rice topped with apple sauce.
