1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. water
3 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, water, eggs, sugar, and salt. Beat with rotary egg beater until smooth. Then beat in butter. Cover and chill 1 hour. Preheat a 5 inch crepe pan (or large flat type pan/grill) over medium heat. Brush pan with butter. Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan, tip and roll pan to coat bottom with thin layer. When brown, flip over and brown other side. Remove crepe and roll jelly roll fashion. You may add a jam, fresh fruit, or filling of your choice in the middle before rolling up. Serve with warm syrup or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 20 to 24 crepes.
