1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
¼ cup olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
4 bone-in chicken breast halves
3 medium potatoes, cut into small chunks
3 carrots, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º. In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until chicken and vegetables are evenly coated.

Arrange chicken, breast side up in 13 x 9 inch baking or roasting pan, add vegetables & seasoning mixture, discard bag.

Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender (baste halfway through baking).
