2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 cup water
1 sm. can diced green chilies
½ bunch green onions chopped
1 sm. can sliced black olives
¾ lb. Jack cheese, grated
¾ lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. 8” flour tortillas (about 8 or 10 tortillas needed)

4 lg. chicken breasts, cooked and broken into pieces

In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, water, chilies, green onions, olives and grated Jack cheese. Remove 2 cups of mixture and set aside.

Add chicken pieces to rest of mixture. Put about ½ cup of this mixture into each tortilla. Roll up and place in large greased casserole pan or dish. Pour the remaining 2 cups of mixture, that was set aside, over top of all rolled tortillas and cover this with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly (about 35-45 minutes). Can be made ahead and frozen.

Serves 6-10.

This is good served with a fresh fruit salad.
