Dandelion (3 tiered food - eat leaves, crown, roots)
Cranberries
1/2 teaspoon dry cheese
Dressing:
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoon vinegar
½ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon powdered butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil dandelion in Kosher salt. Pat dry. Add cranberries and ½ teaspoon dry cheese. Grate and oven brown the crowns. You may add other greens for color.
