1 pound of cranberries
1¼ cups sugar
2 tablespoons gelatin
½ cup orange juice
1 small can crushed pineapple and juice (about 1 cup)
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Put cranberries through a food chopper using medium blade. Add sugar and let stand 15 minutes. Soak gelatin in orange juice 15 minutes and then melt over hot water. Combine all ingredients and pour into a mold that has been well-rubbed with salad oil so it will easily unmold. Refrigerate until firm and put on lettuce leaves to serve.

This was my Grandmother Fisher's recipe. We always had this at Christmas. It just wasn’t Christmas if this was not on the table.
