2 cups finely chopped cabbage
¼ cup chopped parsley
1 medium onion, minced
¼ cup carrots, minced
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons salad oil
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 drop garlic juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the vegetables and chill well. Dissolve sugar, salt and pepper in vinegar, add oil and mix thoroughly. Pour dressing over the vegetables and toss. Serves 4.
