1 large head of romaine, washed, dried and torn into pieces
1 large clove of garlic
1/3 cup light olive oil or canola oil
½ teaspoon yellow mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 egg, boiled for 1 minutes
Croutons (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place romaine in large salad bowl. Crush garlic and chop finely. Place in small bowl and add mustard and Worcestershire sauce and blend with a fork. Add lemon juice and oil and blend. In a cup, beat egg and add to mixture. Stir in salt and pepper. Blend thoroughly. Pour mixture over romaine lettuce. Toss until lettuce is well-coated. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over lettuce and toss again. Croutons may be added right before serving.
