1 oz. Olive oil
1 c. squid calamari (cleaned and sliced in 1/2 inch. pieces)
3 tbsp. whole butter
1/2 tbsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce
1 c. beef broth- thicken with cornstarch, medium consistency
1 c. diced tomatoes
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano

Directions:
In large saucepan, heat oil to medium- high temperature till almost smoking. Sear calamari quickly. add butter, garlic, tomatoes, and oregano. add beef broth. Add tabasco and L& P Worchestershire sauce. Add grated Parmesan cheese.
