Cake:
4 eggs
2 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 c oil
3 c grated carrots
1 c nuts

Frosting:
1 stick margarine
3 tsp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
1 c chopped pecans

Directions:

Cake: Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Pour into greased cake pans. Bake at 325º

Frosting: Cream margarine and cheese. Add sugar, vanilla and pecans. Beat until smooth.

This is JW's favorite cake. Nanny renamed it in honor of him - it is now the "bastard" cake! She teasingly called him the name once during a trip to Jacksonville. She apologized by making his favorite cake.
