½ cup butter, melted
¾ cup granulated sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices of white bread, cubed
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (butter or PAM) a small baking dish and set aside. Combine butter and sugar in a bowl. Mix in beaten eggs and then add drained pineapple and bread. Mix to combine. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until tests clean by placing a knife in center. If it comes out clean, it is done. Do not overbrown. If it appears dry while baking, add a small amount of water.
