1 3/4 cup sugar or sweetener
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp lemon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Use 1/2 (melon) or Potato Peel cut in small pieces. Boil in covered pan very little water cook until sticks soft lide sweet potato. Remove from psn snf msdh in lsthr noel. Mix in margarine while hot. Stir in eggs, lemon, sugar, mild and vanilla and Nutmeg. Pour in pie shell-sprinkle with nutmeg and bake same as sweet potato pie.
