2 cups cooked yellow summer squash drained
1/2 stick margarine melted
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp lemon extract

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in ready made crust at 375 for 30-35 minutes until firm.

Note - Tastes like a lemon chess

(Use 1 package of lemon pie filling instead of four if desired)
