ALFREDO SAUCE:
1 pint Heavy Cream (Heavy Whipping Cream)
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder

LEMON CHICKEN MARINADE:
3 TBSP Lemon Juice (Fresh is best, but both work)
3 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Basil or Oregano ( I prefer Basil)
2-3 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast

Fettuccine Noodles 1lb pkg

Lemon Chicken: Place all marinade ingredients and chicken into a ziploc bag or bowl. Best when able to sit in marinade for a few hours but can sit in little as 30 minutes and still taste yummy! Place chicken on grill and cook. This can be grilled or cooked in oven. I prefer grill.

Boil noodles and cook until done

ALFREDO SAUCE:
Place Butter and Heavy Cream in pan and cook until butter is melted on low- med heat. Let cook until it is boiling. After it has been boiling for about a minute place Parmesan cheese and garlic powder into the pan. Stir frequently! After about 6 minutes remove from heat and let stand for a thicker sauce or serve right away.

I double sauce, buy about 5-6 chicken breasts and buy 2 pkgs of 1lb Fettuccine noodles to feed my family of 7.
