3 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 Tbsp. corn starch
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare a crust ahead of time.

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan except the bananas. Bring to boil over low heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1 Tbsp. Butter. Slice bananas into crust and pour somewhat cooled pudding mixture over the bananas. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
