CRUST:
½ c. butter or Crisco
½ c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour

TOPPING:
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. real lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and pat into an 8x8 greased pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º.

Mix topping ingredients and pour on top of crust. Bake additional 20 minutes.

Sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Let cool a little, but cut while still a little warm.

TO FREEZE: Freeze after cutting and letting cool in Tupperware with layers separated by wax paper. These are great to have on hand in the freezer and thaw pretty quickly.
