5 Lbs Chicken Drumettes & Wings
Potato Starch or Mochiko (rice) Flour AND Regular Flour
Cooking Oil for deep frying

Sauce:
1/2 c Soy Sauce (Shoyu)
1/2 - 3/4 c Sugar
3 T Sesame Oil
1 Clove Garlic - minced
1 Stalk Green Onion
1/2 piece Chili Pepper (optional)



Directions:

Coat chicken in flour mixture
Fry chicken
When cooked dip chicken immediately into sauce while it is hot
Serve hot or room temperature
