3 cans green chilies whole
6 oz Monterey Jack Cheese
6 oz cheddar cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a casserole dish, layer 1/2 chilies, spread out flat on the bottom. 2nd layer is 1/2 cheeses sprinkled evenly over chilies, 3rd layer remaining half of chilies spread out flat over the cheese, 4th layer remaining cheeses.

In a small bowl, beat eggs and mix in sour cream. Pour over chili and cheese layers.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
