1 lb cubed round steak
1 lb cubed pork steak
2 T crisco/oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 T butter
4 T soy sauce
1 T molasses
1 qt water
large bunch celery, chopped
salt
pepper
1 can bean sprout
1 can mushroom, drained
1 c water
3/4 c flour or 1/2 c cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
In frying pan, brown meats in crisco/oil and set aside. Saute onion in butter and add to meat. Add soy sauce, molasses, water, celery, salt and pepper. Simmer for 2 hours covered. Add bean sprouts, and mushrooms. Thicken with paste made up of water and flour/cornstarch.
