This is a great meal to divide among several cooks or to prepare in stages. Thaw the turkey in the refrigerator several days ahead. The pies and stuffing can be made the day before along with the salads. Use a refrigerator roll recipe and make-ahead potato recipe and make the night before. Early day of, prepare turkey & dressing, rice, beans and rolls. Serve with ice tea and coffee.
