1 3/4 c flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 c butter
1/3 c peanut butter
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
sift together flour, baking soda and salt, in separate bowl cream together butter, peanut butter, until smooth. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Gradually add dry ingredients mixing thoroughly. Shape into round balls using rounded teaspoonfuls for each. Roll balls in sugar placed on greased baking sheet bake 8 minutes,remove from oven and top each cookie with a chocolate kiss, pressing down firmly so that the cookie cracks around the edges. Return to oven for 2-5 minutes till golden brown.
