1/3 Stick butter (brown)
1 Cup light brown sugar
2 Tbsp flour
3 egg yolks
2 Cups mild
1 tsp Vanilla
Dash of salt

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, add to browned butter. Mix egg yolks, then milk, cook until thick. Pour into baked crust. Top with meringue: 3 egg whites, 6 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp cream of tartar, dash of salt- brown in 350 degree oven.
