1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1-20 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1/3 cup orange juice
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 medium apples, cut into bit-sized chunks
2 bananas, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar and cornstarch together in saucepan
Blend in 3/4 cup reserved pineapple juice, lemon juice, orange peel and orange juice
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils
Boil, stirring for 1 minute
Pour mixture over combined fruit, except banana slices
Refrigerate uncovered for several hours or overnight
Add bananas just before serving
