1 T. Unflavored gelatin
1 3/4 c. Tomato juice
2 T. Lemon juice
2 T. Grated onion
1/4 t. Salt
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. Shredded cabbage
1/2 c. Chopped celery
1/2 c. Grated carrots
1/2 c. Chopped green pepper

Directions:

Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 c. Cold tomato juice. Add 1 1/4 c. tomato juice. Add lemon juice, onion, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Chill. When mixture has consistency of thin syrup, fold in remaining ingredients. Chill in mold.
