Cake:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
1 can crushed pineapple in juice

Icing
1 stick butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Cake:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Mix all the ingredients together
Pour batter into a greased and floured 9X13 pan (or use PAM baking spray)
Bake for 40-45 minutes

Icing:
Beat all the ingredients together and spread over cooled cake
Keep in refrigerator
