1 med. chopped onion
1 clove garlic chopped
2 - 14 oz. Italian stewed tomatoes (chopped)
2 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
crushed red pepper if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil, on med. heat until translucent. Reduce to low heat, and add remaining ingredients, and simmer on low for 30 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Be careful not to burn the sauce.
