• Sole
• Pinch of rosemary
• 3 tbsp wine
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Parsley
• Salt
• Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the rosemary, wine, and lemon juice. Pour over fish in a baking dish. Add salt and pepper as needed. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
