4 Carrots
2 bunches Broccoli
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp Gingerroot, minced
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sesame Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Peel carrots; slice thinly on diagonal. Separate broccoli into florets; peel and slice stems thinly. In large pot of boiling water, cook carrots and broccoli stems for 1 min. Add florets; cook for 1 min. Drain, chill in cold water and drain (can be wrapped in towel and refrigerated for up to 4 hrs). In wok or large heavy skillet, toast sesame seeds over med-high heat, stirring, until golden. Remove and reserve. Add vegetable oil and heat over high heat; stir-fry ginger and salt for 10 sec. Stir-fry carrots and broccoli for 3 mins. Add 2 tbsp water; cover and steam for 2 mins. Toss with seeds and sesame oil.
