• 1 ¼ lb trimmed top sirloin, cut into thin slices
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 1 tbsp minced ginger
• 3 tbsp hot pepper jelly
• 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
• ¼ cup soya sauce
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 lb sugar snap peas or snow peas
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

Microwave jelly for 30 seconds. Whisk in garlic, ginger, vinegar and soya sauce. Add mixture to meat.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in large wok over high heat. Using a slotted spoon, scoop out half the meat from the marinade and add to pan, tossing frequently until caramelized but still pink in the middle, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer to plate and cover with foil. Add remaining oil and cook remaining meat; transfer to plate.

Stir-fry peas over high heat. Add remaining marinade and toss to cover peas. Return meat to wok; toss again and transfer to serving platter. Drizzle sesame oil over meat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
