1/2 C Almonds, sliced
1/2 C Sunflower seeds
1/4 C Sesame seeds
2 C each red and green Cabbage, shredded
2 C Bean Sprouts
6 green Onions, chopped

Dressing:
3 tbsp Rice Vinegar or Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp granulated Sugar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/4 tsp each Salt and Pepper
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 C fried Chow Mein Noodles

Spread almonds, sunflower and sesame seeds on baking sheet; bake in 350ºF oven for 5-8 mins or until golden and fragrant. Let cool. In bowl, combine red and green cabbage, bean sprouts and onions. Dressing: In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper; whisk in oil. Just before serving, toss almond mixture with cabbage mixture; gently toss with dressing until well mixed. Stir in noodles.
