Chicken (I use chicken breast)
eggs
salt and pepper (season to taste)
corn starch

Directions:

Boil chicken
Boil eggs

Using the broth of the chicken (or chicken stock) add shredded chicken. Dice the boiled eggs and add to mixture. Use corn starch to thicken.

Depending on the number of servings:
Chicken breast - I use 2 for small pot or 6 for large pot
Eggs - I use 3 for small pot and 8 for large pot
