2 lb. sirloin steak
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. mirin
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. MSG
3 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 c. grated daikon (opt.)
1/2 c. butter
8 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
4 c. chopped celery cabbage (won bok)

Directions:

Slice steak in thin 2x 1-inch pieces. Combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, MSG, lime juice, sesame oil, and daikon to make dipping sauce. Heat electric skillet to 400º F. Melt 1 tbsp. of butter and quickly fry half of the steak until browned; serve on individual dishes. Melt 2 tbsp. more butter and saute half of the mushrooms, and onions; serve. Melt 1 tbsp. more butter and saute cabbage; serve. Dip meat and vegetables in sauce before eating.
