4 chicken breasts cooked and diced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 small can chopped olives
1 pint sour cream
3 to 4 green onions chopped
2 cups shredded jack cheese
1 dozen flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix soup, chilies, olives, sour cream and onions. Add jack cheese. Remove 2 cups for topping. Add chicken to the mix and fill tortillas. Roll up and put the seam down in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Spread remaining sauce over enchiladas and top with the cheddar cheese. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
