2 lbs hamburger
1/2 lb ground pork or brats
2 eggs
salt and pepper
12 crackers, ground fine
1 small onion
little milk
1 can beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients and form balls, brown or bake in oven.
After fully cooked add beef broth and cream soup. Add water to cover and bake at 275º for 1-1 1/2 hours.
Thicken liquid to make gravy
