1 can lobster, crab or tuna, drained
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small can pimento, chopped
12 buttered buns and foil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Use mixture to fill the 12 buttered buns. Wrap each sandwich in foil. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes.
