1 fryer
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lge can evaporated milk
2 (4oz) cans chopped green chilies
1 bag regular size fritoes
1 lge onion chopped
1 lb grated cheddar cheese
1/2 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Boil fryer (save broth). Remove meat from bone and chop chicken into small pieces. Blend soup, milk and chicken broth. Place a layer of fritoes in the bottom of a 9x14x2 casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese, chopped onion, chopped chili, and pieces of chicken. Spoon part of soup mixture over this, and continue alternating layers til mixture is used up. Cover with remaining sauce and top with cheese. Bake at 350º til bubbling. Can be prepared in morning and refrigerate til ready to serve.
